No Refund Policy for Digital Products

At UPSC ElitePrep, we strive to provide high-quality study materials to help aspirants in their UPSC preparation. Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

We understand that certain situations may arise where assistance is needed. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the digital notes due to a technical issue on our end, we will work to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, a refund may be granted at our discretion.
